Judy was most recently SVP, Government Affairs, for the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. There, she led strategic development and implementation of government relations and public policy activities on all levels of government for this $2 billion non-profit home and community-based service provider. Judy also served as the Interim President and CEO of the Visiting Nurse Associations of America, Washington DC, where she provided leadership to this national trade association of 160 non-profit home health and hospice organizations.
